naman siyay sakyanan bai.. daghan man manga civilian ang manakay sa bus ni teddy sauna..
How about karon? I know nothing about Mandaue, but I do know kung unsa nga klasi nga mayor si Teddy Ouano. Is that bus really for public use? Karon nga di na Ouanos ang nagkapot sa Mandaue, naa pa ba gihapon ang bus ni Teddy? Pareho ba ni sa KMK bus from SM to southern part of Cebu?

I've been to Mandaue a lot of times na, but I've seen a 'bus ni Teddy only once', sa Ayala pa gyud. It was during the time nga naay basketball game between Red Bull and Air 21 of the PBA sa Mandaue.

Sorry for my ignorance about Mandaue.

if they are not going to widen the road, put up a skyway or create an alternative route, then they BETTER NOT PUT a flyover because temporary band-aid solutions in this country becomes permanent.

I totally agree.... Dr. cals study shows that the flyover is already at 85% capacity and it will achieve 100% capacity in 3 years. So why is del mar and tomas pushing this project... are they idiots??...Lot owners are already offering the lots at bargain prices!! this is suppose to be the chance to improve on the current situation before the lot owners change their minds.

I think all these major schools and business establishments that are now causing most of the traffic jam in the banilad, mandaue and talamban areas were built with at least 2-3 years prior notice. These were projects that took more than 2-3 years of planning on the part of the investors/owners. Now, the City knew about it a long, long, time ago. But, why only think of a solution now? Why did we have to wait for the traffic situation to worsen before we build a so called solution. What i need from by government is vision. And i don't think its rocket science that once the business establishments are up, there will be a worsening traffic situation. All this energy spent on politicking should be re-channeled to predicting obvious problems before they happen and creating a solution before the problem actually happens. It is so frustrating!

if i widen nmo ang dalan mao raman ghapon kay mag intersect man ghapon ang 2 directions dba. so bisan ug mo gamay ang influx sa sakyanan mao ra ghapon ga intersect cya.

if flyover sad, for sure mo depreciate gyud ang business value anang lugara. pero as you know the bigger the cost the bigger their cut gets.

para nako ang solution is interjunction road. not that costly sa flyover, ug dili sad mag intersect ang 2 traffics. ang city government dili man gud mo hire ug urban designer.
