Think outside the box…as what the TS is pointing out.

It’s easy to say that following that simple traffic rules will solve this…but incidentally, there are instances it can not. There are a lot of factors to consider in solving this traffic problem.

Have you notice “Hernan Cortes St.” in Mandaue…no matter how stringent your traffic rules would be it can never solve the traffic in that area. Because “social factor” is not the one causing the problem but rather the “physical factor”. It’s the slender road and the volume of vehicles going/passing into that area is the one causing it. Unless otherwise your traffic rules would be…NO ENTRY.

first - standardize all jeepneys, so that at least a human being can fit into it.

second - Melt all the multi-cabs and recycle its parts and use it to create electric jeepneys (standardized design).

minimize "borloloyism" in jeepneys.
