Its time to revised or change the Law of Amending the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act of 2006. Minors nowadays are use by adult people and influence them and force them to commit crime. Other source of this is the improper guidance of the guardian to the minor age.
Looking forward for the revision

There are a lot of ways to legislate laws so that minors and their parents will be more responsible. Dili na mag salig nga tungod kay minor sila, they cannot be prosecuted and manghinaw lang ang parents of these minors. Part sad ani ang responsible parenthood... parents must be responsible for their children's actions since they are supposed to guide them until they become adults....

There are many parents in pinas na dili financially stable kay na fall sila sa early stage of marriage so the result
nagka-anak usa sila b4 sila ni graduate or naka work. Ang uban nagpataka ug nagpadaghan pag-au bisan wlay ika- pakaon

bisan e priso pa nimo ang mga bata nga nagkamali sa balaod karun magpadayun gihapon na sila sa ila mali nga binuhatan because our present juvenile justice system tolerates them to do so.. can u imagine na at that age dili man lang mabutangan sa NBI ug criminal record kay tungod menor de edad pa? unsaon pagtagam sa bata ana..

responsible parenthood ba? if that's the case unta kaning mga bata nga sigeg pabadlong sa ato society prisohon jud unta ning mga parents ani nila kung mag sige nag balik sa prisohan ila anak na pabadlong sa ato katilingban.. but sad to see, irresponsible parents are not being held into prison bisan napamatud-an nga ila mga anak nag ing-ana na sa ato katilingban..
