any oil will do. But singer oil is too thick for motors. look for an oil that is a contact cleaner and a lubricant too. I'm using McKenic.

Mga masters, question beh:
How does one properly adjust tamiya brakes? How low to the ground must it go? Is there a formula to this?

seriously...

first off you need a calpad. there should be a strip of sandpaper at the back. just pass your brakes repeatedly till it's level. that's the correct height. tamiya said something like 1mm.
