nakaadto baya ko sa statue of david when i was in davao during the kadayawan festival..ok man diay! daghan pud kaau og tao. it was 3 am na sa buntag pero daghan og naghangout....normally naay mga cars and tagsa lang og paboom boom! since naa naman na dinha...i hope we can fully develop it

OT: .... i watched last night the PINOY DREAM ACADEMY (live broadcast from CEBU) thru The Filipino Channel (TFC) here in Saudi Arabia..... grabe ang exposure sa Cebu especially sa mga political leaders like Gov. Gwen Garcia, Mayor Osmena and Vice-M Rama.... this was broadcast to different places around the world with TFC coverage such as cities in Asia, Europe, America, Australia and the Middle East..... nakalibre gyud ang Cebu sa exposure.... hehehhehe!..... .... at least ma-apply nato ang credo sa mga advertisers ngadto sa mga turista..."out of sight, out of mind" .... so, it was a good strategy to promote or advertise Cebu to the world......

I agree.....grabeh akong kalipay when I first learnt that the launching will be held here in Cebu. Not only because of promotion, but it will erase the "provincial notion" which my friends in Manila have toward Cebu. When I was still living in Makati..maglagot jud ko sa akong mga teammates..when they learnt that i will be relocating in our office in cebu (PeopleSupport) they would ask ngano ganahan ko sa cebu..province kuno or something...makiglalis gud ko ana sa ila...i even dared them to visit cebu para makit-an nila na cebu is at par with metro manila.....

and with this Pinoy Dream Academy launched in Cebu..im pretty sure na ninganga jud sila sa surprise which cebu have for them! The Capitol is indeed a grand and best choice for this launch.

OT: ...... and speaking of TFC, i also watched the taped broadcast of Kadayawan sa Dabaw.... but it was not broadcast in the main channel of TFC but in PinoyCentral TV.

FYI.... a subcriber of TFC, one can enjoy to see 4 channels: The TFC (the main channel where one can see all ABS-CBN 2 program), ANC News Channel (24 hour news program), Cinema 1 Global (24 hour pinoy movie channel) and PinoyCentral TV (channel for regional news and variety show programs in Cebu such as TV Patrol Cebu, Jud Morning, For Life! and SNG Game Na!...also for Davao, I get to watch sometimes Okkido, KSP Kapamilya Sabado Party, DDS Dinhing Dapita Sadya and other regional news and shows )...... however, most subscribers here, watch the TFC main channel.

... hello, welcome!@scandinavian boy... i've noticed that you're shopping some info or comments about Cebu and Davao....anyway, Davao is the biggest city in the Philippines in terms of land area. While Cebu comes 2nd after Manila - economically, politically and in urban development....

...and if you plan to visit Cebu.... you can stay on these nice hotels and resorts in Cebu...
