as far as i know from reading one of the article . .this land is considered as in favor of cebu city because this land has been issued by a patent so in this case it shuold be belong to cebu city but they should not forgot that talisay has a alnd to be claimed d ba ?

Also, the Cebu City mayor (Tomas Osmeña), points out that during the reclamation period, the Talisay City didn't complain that they occupied the area. It's when the reclamation period is done that Rep. Gullas wants to claim the portion of SRP. Dili ba na tawag ug dawat-limpyo?

there are still lots of projects waiting in line to be implemented @ SRP, patience people. Tomas knows what he is doing.

you have to consider that the SRP is still not in operation hence not generating INCOME to cover maintenance cost, electrification.etc...i agree with TOMAS that it should not be opened for public use basing from these reasons.
