Yeah I guess we can always appreciate Jesus' teachings whether he was only a man or actually divine. But it matters a lot who he really was, if he was just a man or God.

We have so much to learn and so less time in our lives, knowing by experience can never be enough. Deep thinking (or you guys call it meditation) can be effective in knowing things, without really experiencing them first hand, but of course provided with sane thinking.
So in that score Gnosticism and traditional Christianity do not lead to the same God because they differ in that core belief. Either Gnosticism is right and traditional Christianity is wrong (or vice versa) or both of them didn't get it right.

Everytime i think of chritianity, what strikes me deeply is the value of FORGIVENESS, very humbling teaching.
Isn't Jesus' true identity important though sir? If he was really God, then the implications are great than if he was only a man or an avatar.
