we're not talking about IQ tests here to determine if the person is a child or an adult already..
IQ test only measures one aspect of a person's intelligence, daghan pa aspect ang intelligence sa person.. in the field of psychology, IQ only measures the spatial-analytical aspect of intelligence. naa pay intelligence sa language, music, physical, social, emotional, spiritual....

a lot of people grow old in age, but are still children inside. and its not just because of IQ that you can say that they are still children inside.. they are children because they still cling on to the "needs".

ive read a saying before that will greatly explain this:
