explain japanese akita bai?

Japanese and American Akitas are sometimes mixed up. Often times, many people (and even some owners used to) mistake American Akitas as Japanese Akitas. I've met some American Akita owners calling theirs as Japanese Akitas. There was already a thread about this topic and it's good that some were enlightened about the case. This is understandable considering the PCCI itself doesn't make a distinction between the two if you look at the paper.
