although Im proud to be in cebu...there are a few snacks in manila i sorely miss
the SAPIN-SAPIN in manila ROCKS!!!!
There's a supermarket near magallanes village---south supermarket that sells awesome POCHINTA...They mixed puto and cochinta...ay sus kalami
BINATOG---WHITE CORN with Lubi seasoned to suit your taste-Sweet or salted
