    for me, handuraw near U.P. has very bad service but i still keep going back kay lami man gud ang pizza... hehehe...

    regarding dessert factory...

    i went there around 4 plus cgro cz i wanted to eat after class.... but closed man and theguard said mu open around 5. so i waited in my car... ni balik ko around 5 plus and i saw their waitressess sleeping on their seats btaw..hehehe kana higda jd... i waited until 530...ni mata na ang waitress..but still dili sila mu open coz 6 pa daw mag start... okaaay nag sunburst nalang ko coz early pa gani, ready to serve customers na..to think sunburst is a resto and dessert factory's menu is mostly caters to snacks and light dining..

    haha ka buang ana nila oi. bitaw sakto ka, why wala nalang ka ni adto sa ayala branch bro?

    the first time i tried moon is was okey, lunch man sad gud toh wala kaayu tao but the second time kai dugay kaayu mi gi tagad, dugay kaayu among order and half of what we ordered were not available. haaay

    The following is something that's been getting on my nerves for a long while now. Yes, I am VENTING.

    Poor Customer Service. Not too hard for me to decide. My choice is (just about) every FASTfood(??) place. It should call it SLOWfood.

    Here's the usual scenario as we are ready to place an order:
    Us: Hi, we would like "blah, blah"
    Them: Can you wait 10 minutes for that?
    -We pay for food, they give us a number, we sit down and wait-
    -20 minutes later- no food yet, we go back to counter to ask what happened to our order. Then they start to look for your food, 5 minutes later (probably only because you're standing at the counter) your food is finally ready.
    - Yes there is always and apology but at some point (after this happens over and over again), an apology is just not good enough. They should review procedures and see how it is done elsewhere in the world.

    -I just came from Hong Kong and we were given fastfood coupons for our breakfasts (on a package tour). Our order was always hot, fresh, and served up within 2 minutes of ordering, every time, and they had less than half of the employees that I usually see working at a fast food place here. Same goes for the U.S.

    Seems like the employees here are more concerned with chizmis & customer watching than getting your food ready. They have too many people standing around doing nothing, and there's manager, on the sidelines, not getting involved, giving directions, or keeping a steady flow.

    I try hard to bite my tongue and not say something to them and making a scene (in fear of getting our food spit on). I think that from now on though, when they ask me politely to sit down and wait, I will politely refuse and just wait right at the counter.

    When I can go to a restaurant (such as Sunburst), sit down, order my food, and then have it served up in less time than it takes for a "Fastfood" place (Jolibees, KFC, or McDonalds), then it's a big problem.

    Anyone else who's been abroad notice the difference? Please don't tell me it's because they want to have the food served fresh here. If they were managed correctly, they would have a good estimate of what items and how many they need to have cooked ahead of time. When you are low on an item, you make some more (how much more depends on how fast it's selling or estimating what will be sold in the allowed time). That's what food warmers are for. If the food been sitting for too long (use store policy on time allowed), you toss it. The managers need to do their job and take charge, they are supposed to be the people with the experience. Managers should be the people directing the cooks and the cashiers, the cooks' attention should be on the food, and the cashiers' attention should be on the customers. Wake up, you are the manager, not the C.E.O... get involved plz.

    Wow, got that off my chest.

    All comments will require a 10 minute waiting period (in actuality it's 20 minutes) before my response...heheh.

    For me, LA MAREA has the worst service. Here's what happened.

    My friends and I went there for some desserts... we were around 8-10 people so we got the long table at the center of the resto. We ate, talked for a long time... coz dugay dugay nasad mi wa gakita... so we were there for like 2 hours. There were a lot of people coming in already and looking for a place to sit. We were aware of that... Anyway, there's this one customer who asked the waitress where they could sit, the waitress, who was like only a meter away from our table, pointed to our table and told the customer, "Kana sila ay, Ganina ra kaayo na sila!" in a very rude manner and loud enough for us to hear. We got so angry at the waitress but didn't bother to confront her... so we just left and left NO tip for her. If they really wanted us to go, they could've just told us in a nice way... di man sad ta lisod sturyaan kung tarongon lang tag sturya. Customer gud ta! Tarongon unta ta nila. Dili lang padungog dungogon. Their waitresses have no manners gyud!

    wala unta mo nanglakaw, customers gud mo, basta niorder lang mo, u can stay there as long as u want..maski hantod closing pa, bastosa gud ana ila waitress..

    especially sa SUN Celular center sa sm!!! that girl ung 1st cubicle where u will inquire about stuff is Rude!!! a girl!!!
    why is it very hassle to apply for the P999 promo! u nid this, u lack this and that.
    grabe! pa balik balikung jud ka! ngano wa nalang jud gi suwat sa requirements in details!!!
    and kung mangutana ka masuko! what the! diba supposed to be we ask questions if we dont understand?
    nya rude pa kaayo!!! murag pissed off all the time!
    pasanginlang pako na bakakun! what the!? ingon cya di daw cya ang nag hatag sa ako sa application form 2weeks ago.
    uy! i cant forget a pissed off face when i see one!

    @marc_b: mao lagi... and it's not as if we ordered only 1 or 2 items for all of us... isa isa namo, naa guy gi order. Way ayo gyud na ilang waitress. Twice nako naka encounter dinha sa la marea nga di maayo mo treat sa customers ilang waitresses.
