regarding sa rent? Na.ay ga rent ddto resto bar, 16k a month yaha rent, sa new building ne sya. Then duol, pa jud sa LTO (naa man lto sa central market na) I am not sure if napa available space ngadto, try lang inquire..
na-a sad sa babaw last floor sa new bldg. kato barbeque-hanan tag 150php a day man to ilaha rent...
or you can rent atbang sa central market, mas barato ngadto try lang inquire
