Well they have their names: Front Left must go to front left...front right to front right etc.. in that dude's pic man gud he had a webcam sa center instead of the center speaker. Though di man ma patong it's always advisable to put it somewhere where it could still be considered center. as for the surround left and right speakers.. they should be situated within ear level (sitting down) unless you have bigger rear speakers. Also, the distance should be measured so you can delay the sound output a little para dungan abot ang sound sa imo ears..
