yup you can put it that way, but to think some of the government papers are written in tagalog especially in luzon area, I don't know if there are exsiting public papers using native bisayan language.

well, you should have the option to put keywords manually on certain documents, especially to those pdf files, or scanned documents, your text analyzer is no use on these documents...

Also, I've seen situations too in commercial, purchasing, accounting department having attached scanned materials like receipt, warranty card, signatures, contracts etc... which I guessed you can marked this as an ATTACHEMENTs.

This is in relation to scanned documents, text searchability is very important inorder your text analyzer will work.

Also, "Documents" for me is so broad. Please define it kung unsa ra pwede i upload or what type of documents or unsay file format.
