hadlok ang mga katoliko sa gay marriage kay wala na unya mga pari kay nag marry na tanan
hadlok ang mga katoliko sa gay marriage kay wala na unya mga pari kay nag marry na tanan
wanda sykes has a quote for this: if you are not in favor of same *** marriage then don't marry someone of the same ***. ,, as simple as that
Allowing same-*** marriages will ultimately do damage to normal marriages. This is because the logic used to support same-*** marriages can also be used to support all other kinds of "marriage" (pedophilia, bestiality, necrophilia, etc.). So fi we accept the worng arguments of the pro-gay marriage types, we end up undermining normal heterosexual marriage.
A more in-depth exposition of this line of reasoning is at:
The Absurdity of Same-*** Marriage

ka way au anang same *** marriage.... unsa man kuno ila purpose mag minyo?
Right on. And people from countries who allowed same *** marriages are already questionning about it.Its like a pandora's box.LOL
People will always have options. Don't force issues into something which degenerates their ideals.
It's funny when people talk about RESPECT. They can't even respect their own religion or even somebody elses. You weren't forced to be Catholics. If you can't live by its ideals the door is always open.
Saying that RP is a Catholic country doesn't have to mean that everybody has to be a Catholic. The fact that Catholics massively outnumber other people from other religions and it's influence in the country makes enough basis for RP to be called a Catholic country.
And personally, as long as RC remains so dominant in the Philippines, I don't see same *** marriages being materialized.
And RP is heavily influenced by RC, don't you know that either? Those in position are mostly Catholics. And that means one thing, the basic precept of state and church separation exists only on PolSci textbooks, so ideal.
BTW, are you a Catholic?
The point I'm stressing is that if you push through with things that you want, then some people will push through what they want and that would go beyond the thin line of freedom with responsibility to freedom alone. Those things are not impossible.

In a way, I don't really care. The gays, lesbians, bisexuals etc etc are smart enough to know that they can never have a Christian and/or a Catholic marriage. I think what they want is a civil union, to legalize their partnership and be recognized by the state. The gay marriages I've read on the news so far were civil unions. This is not about religion to the gay community, it is about legality.
haha.. just gotta love the statement "i'm gay and catholic..."
