peps, here's an advice. if you're into c++ and java or any other Object oriented languages, try to master the OOP concepts and its corresponding design patterns. from the interviews that i have attended, only few can utter the descriptions or much more the difference of these very important tools in designing and implementing rubost software programs. check on the net and you can have a lot of details right through your monitors.
