Durhan Beach Resort in Tabuelan not WORTH the trip.

the resort itself, ok rman, the place kay nindot,dli xa crowded,mka relax jud ka....and downside lang kay mag breakfast mi,gitagaan man nuon mig pra lunch nga menu, ni order nlang mi,pastilan ang pasayan maguwang ras hipon nya gmay kaaug serving, nya tag 250 petot na.pru ok rman,kay ang place man amo gi adto gud.hehehe

basin wala lang mo nagka sinabot ni ate, kay naa man silay brekfast nga e serve.. brekfast namo at that time is garlic rice, corned beef, longaniza,egg, kape..

* I went there also, I was a bit dissappointed kay and knife naay charge like P15.00, gamay man so okay na lang, if moborrow me ug plates, fork, spoon and any kitchen utensils kay naai charge each, we stayed sa house jus nila na good for 8 persons, maximum of 12 pax, which is okay ra jud namo, so mas advisable if daghan mo to take the unit good for 8 person, you will have ur own kitchen, makaluto jud, daghan tinuood stray dogs, so what? I was dissapointed pud d.i kay nanghuwam me ug bola for volleyball, I was shock kay 50 pesos per hour, so i talk to the management kay we were informed by a resident there na 50 per day not per hour. So i talked to the management then amo gihangyo 100 per day na lang. Then the restaurant, ok ra ang food pero pwerteng gamaya sa serving jud, lupig pa ang restaurant, huhuhu... then nagkaproblema me sa van kay naabot sila ug 12pm, gipugus me nila ug pasakai ug sayo but gapagahi me ug ulo, When 1pm strikes, ga.wait jud sila namo, sa dihang manakai name, giingnan me na kuwangan ug 4 persons, pabayran daw nila namo ang kuwang, we were 12 persons man then good for 16 daw.. makalagot kaayo kay take advantage sila abi kay sila ray van, mao to we decide to take the bus, mura mag dili ta sanany ug hu.ot sa jeep.

ADVICE NAKO: If ever moadto mo sa durhan, please bring everything, kaldero, plates, bowls, knife, chopping board, also bedsheets kay naa bayad na didto, be a boyscout and girlscout, bring mo ug rice kay mahal ila rice didto, then take the house if daghan mo kay cheaper, bring sad mo ug sud.an kay mahal ila sud.an, although duol ra ang market if ganahan mo mamalit ug magluto, and ayaw pailad sa van.. dad.a tanan in case u need lang kay all things didto naai charge.. but we had fun though, ok ra ang sand, but bati kay cge low tide.. wa me kaligo ayo... =(.. nanginhas na lang me.. I think I've already answered why the resort is charging rent for utensils. Utensils were FREE before however after some or most utensils that were borrowed by the customers before werent returned, mgt made some changes to protect its property. The resort cant just give away utensils for free, and maybe or lets say, customers should understand it also. Also, every time utensils are being rented, customers are informed why the utensils are for rent.


As for the van, the van was a VHire, it wasnt owned by the resort. As what really happened, you were approached and asked if you were going to take the VHire so mgt can contact some VHires that had seat available at that time to accommodate your group, when the VHire came to pick your group up, your group decided not to take the VHire since you were going to Molobolo Springs in Tuburan. Come to think of this, the resort tried to accommodate your transportation by contacting an outside entity, and by the time you were picked up, you cancelled it. How would the resort answer to the VHire & how will the VHire fill up the reserved seats that were cancelled?

I think for the low tides, we dont have control of it since it's nature. What advice we usually give to the customers is to check the high & low tides information on the calendar.
