not entirely true... because there are sevral people hu made money without money at first... examples, john gokongwei, henry sy,henry ford, and other people too longtomention... but apart of me agrees with that statement of yours... maybe it is really true that the search for security sometimes hinder the success of a person... ryt now, imstill searchingfor security but slowly im trying to unlearn this basic instinct...

No capitalization? unless you exchange a hard labor and services (extra) in exchange of a monetary value.. in starting up your business you must have a least a product or services to sell and for your to acquire or develop a product you must incure cash and you need to have a least amount for your operating cost right? maski gamay lang but you know those guys are telling us stories of those successful entreprenuers that they earned it by hard work... hard work means woking more than 50 hrs a week.. wake up early to catch the worm early and stay late to clean up and prep up for the next day.. but you know what? nobody can do the same success of those guys on todays environment they are sharing their stories to motivate people.. to study their business/success in class

It's really depends on your mindset. There will always be a trade off between risk and the amount you tend to gain. With High risk, comes high rewards with low risk you get lower rewards same as stocks(think pldt) and bank savings. Maybe, you may think of it this way. Would you rather have a constant stream of 200,000 a month for 30 months? or would you have 1 peso which doubles every month for 30 months. Make your choice then do the math. What you find out will really tell you what your mindset is.

You don't really need money to make money rance. it really depends on the tactics you use in business. I'm currently forming a business with only 400 pesos capital that could potentially net me 200k a month or more in income. You just need to think out of the box and be creative. Work is ok. but why work for money when you can always make money work for you? it just needs creativity.

hard work is a main stay in every success story.. that is already out of the question... but we see many peopleworking harder than henry sy and other successful guywithout much success.. i'm sorry to disagree but working smart is so much far thn working hard. today is the information age, gone are the days we are compensated by work.. we must position ourselves smartly... yes indeed these people really motivate our lives.. but not only in class... if you want to become sombeody, you pattern yourself according to that somebody... right? if you want to be a doctor, you learn from doctors, right? as well as for any other profession... so if one wants to be successful, one can pattern his life according to successful people. their life is not only for motivation. once we've learned the details of their lives and the in-betweens of their success stories, we can see principles,ideas,habits,systems,skills,etc... which will remain true for the rest of times.. different environment but same set of character needed...
