120% motoo ko mahuman, Manuel Guanzon is a brilliant Architect I remember instructor na nako sa Architecture and he is one of the famous Architect sa CEBU. Nag apprentice ko one time sa office niya, kuyaw ning tawhana mora nig Frank LLyod Wright sa PINAS.

The reason why skeleton pa na siya kay sa ing ani na type of construction wherein pre-fab ang method, ang skeleton/frames gyud unahon. Mura ni siya ug "Modular" ba. Mura ug lego. After mahuman nana tanan ang skeleton/frames. Igo rana ipapilit ug paste ang kanang composite panels (FAST WALL SYSTEM). Sa pagpapilit ana dugay ra ang tulo ka semana. Awa ig sugod anig papilit diba ma shock lang mo inig kita ninyo na hapit na dayun na mahuman. Diman ni pareha ug hollowblock na imong ibutang piece by piece. Besides a structure with I and H beam as frames lisod or langan kaayo butangan ug hollow block walls kay pang kabilya man na ug style.

Aha, mao diay ni Fast Wall bai..

Naay gi construct kilid sa Offroads diha sa CIE dapit.. Mura sad ug CICC, structural steel, paspas sad pagka-assemble tapos FAST WALL ang gamit.. Karon hapit nasad mahuman.. Ingon sila kay SYKES Call Center daw ni..

Anyway, ok ra ba ang quality sa mga construction nga naggamit ug FAST WALL bai like the CICC?

Yup but the keyword here is "spent wisely".

I don't think Gwen will even attempt to muddle this project considering her latest controversy with MCIAA with Gen. Yap.

Plus this is a national project contantly being monitored by Malacañanf, media and foreign dignitaries. With that, Gwen cannot just stick her hand into the cookie jar and get away with it because first of all the cookies are still hot, so to speak.

If ever she makes money out of this it will just be loose change or cookie crumbs.

yup FASTEM quality kaau and proven na ligun... ang naka kuha sa contract dinha sa sykes kay c Engr. Gabriel Alonso... CICC hapit na gyud ma human gananhan ko mu take og picture onta sa sulod pero bawala ang camera

Kay kanang 20-stories Tower Palace Condominium sa Cebu Business Park kay FASTEM man siguro ang contractor or developer..

Unya katung Sykes Call Center kay nakakita sad ko ug word nga "Fastem". Ang logo kay parehas jud sa Tower Palace Condominium.

Huh? Nganong mawad-an man ug trabaho?
