I know some1 an ex army na gikuha daw sila as goons ni Radaza last few weeks sa election. They were paid and provided with guns and amo. He also told me na Radaza is backed up by drug lords in Lapu-Lapu, coz ang ila daw mga kauban is mga tao sa drug lords. I dont know if this is true, just sharing.

So is there a ground for the lifting of the six months preventive suspension imposed against him by the Ombudsman?

There is a distinction between preventive suspension and a suspension. The former is not a penalty but the latter is.

Preventive suspension is imposed upon the official if his stay in office would prejudice the case against him.

In the case of the Lapu-Lapu City mayor, his reelection would make his preventive suspension in the administrative case moot and academic.

But it cannot be lifted because the criminal aspect of the cases filed will continue.

Pagpa walay uwaw ug walay delicadeza ni Radaza, nilingkod bisan wala pa gi-LIFT sa ombudsman ang iya na suspension

Does this just goes to show how thirsty and hungry he is for power ?
