Kung ganahan mog staff. Willing kaau ko mu-apil. I can do editing thru Sony Vegas. Still learning Premiere and after effects. Pwd pd cast and crew and promotion or marketing. hahaha. i-pm ko ninyo if naa man gani mag-himo2 og grupo.

ok. so for the team, well have to establish some expectations..

1. salary is NOT available.

Lets face it; we dont have a market yet. The good thing is, apart from what you already have in your closet (tools, camera, etc.) there is no major monetary investment. We will aim to establish a workforce that will provide income by creating the need for our clients to make a film with us.


2. we will work with what we have.

There is no point in doing business when all you can say is:

a. i cant do that.. i dont have enough equipment
b. i need a (insert item here, i.e., laptop) before i can work
c. i need to learn (insert skill here) before i can work

i mean it. we earned this skill and interest; i believe the tools that shaped us will be the tools that will bring this team to success.. so lets stick to these.


3. u may not like the person, but u'll definitely need the talent.

Personal issues that may affect the nature of our work will not be tolerated.


4. "have a system, and this system needs to be followed"

I will create a system based on my experience with management so we will have a good structure and process. (example; PURPOSE: to know who to approach when you need to take a sh*t)


5. establish our goals and common interests:
THIS goes back to the above list (#2). Those "additional needs/devices" will be the "short term" goals of this project.

The long term goal is EXPANSION.
