O Boss... mao na. Medyo pricy jud siya compared to PVC and GI pipes.
Pero mas durable man siya kaysa sa pvc pipes Boss. Nya di pod siya tayaon compared to GI pipes.
And the PPR Pipe welding machine makes the joineries durable pod.

    Question:

What if wala pakay Land Title kay Declarasyon ra ang naa nimo... Dili ka pwede ma issue-han ug Building Permit?

Naana bay napriso or gepa guba^ ang balay kay lage walay Building Permit?

If the lot is privately owned pwede ma issue-han unya followup na ang OCT (Original Certificate of Title) otherwise, a lot that is not privately owned by one individual is automatic sovereign property and therefore subject to alienable/inalienable rights provided by the law so it's either ma issue-han or dili.

However, if it is alienable, given that the tax dec is legit, then hilota lng ang DENR ana gobyerno pay imo

As usual... money matters ra gehapon, pwede e bypass.

    Second question:

If striktohon ang Building Permit sa pagpatukod ug balay... (complete with Architect / Engineers signature), assuming the lot owner has a legit Land Title...

Ang interested lot owner kay indigent (pobre, or minimum wage earners)... he / she cannot afford the fully satisfy the requirements of the building permit / OBO.... so dili siya maka tukod or balay?

So, is the fully implementation of the Building Permit / OBO fair? Or is it Anti-Poor?

Kay if pobre ka, bisan titulado imong yuta, you cannot construct a residential house... If "by the book" ta.

    Spoiler!
As usual practice, daghan gehapon nagpa tukod ug balay walay building permit... so if ingon ana ang palakad, what is the significance of building permits para residential? Wala man gehapon implementation and punishment for violators
