CEBU CITY, Philippines - One of four brothers who allegedly conspired in killing their neighbor at the Galaxy Compound in Barangay (village) Maguikay, Mandaue City, surrendered to police on Monday.

Joseph Tundag along with his brothers Ledio, Rico and Samson were accused of mauling, stabbing and shooting to death Wilfer Rodriguez, 30.

Ledio and Rico were arrested by the police on Sunday. Samson remains at large.

The conflict between the Tundags and Rodriguez was started by the brothers’ banging on the toilet door, according to Ariston Batalona Jr. of the Investigation and Detection Management Bureau of the Mandaue City Police Office.

Police said Rodriguez was first seen arguing with Ledio, 30, at the basketball court of the compound, which developed into a fistfight.

The rest of the Tundag siblings came to Ledio's rescue.

Witnesses identified Samson as the one who shot Rodriguez, who was already sprawled on the ground. They said Rico held an iron pipe, while Joseph and Ledio had knives, handed by their mother, Sitang.

Rodriguez, who had several stab wounds and bruises aside from the gun shot wound in the chest, died in the hospital while doctors were trying to revive him.

The brothers will be charged with murder, according to the police, while charges are also being mulled against their mother.

Neighbors said the Tundag brothers were a problem in the area.

LINGIN GYUD ANG BOLA!


sa first 2 games lang gyud na completo ang line-up but after that 7-8 players nalang ang manuwa... tsk tsk tsk... no excuses. pildi gyud! hehehe...
