NO. to transcend is to go beyond the limitations of one's beliefs and it has nothing to do with ENLIGHTENMENT. You can be fully enlightened with or without your religion.

Yes. Masters and Saints from different Religions have achieved different levels of Enlightenment. Like Jesus, Mohammad, Buddha, Gandhi, Mother Theresa, and so on.

You cannot say that you are enlightened. People will just know without you knowing it.
