@viange: If you have a good master of ceremonies, you dont have to worry much about the reception. You can just follow his/her lead. Of course, sabot sa mo sa program beforehand.

i need suggestions from you have been through with this whole marriage preparations and those who are still preparing....no idea pa jud ko unsa ako buhaton sa amo venue....well, i live far from the city...so there's no way i'll held my reception or wedding in the city....my reception will be held at my place, we have enuf space for it. but then, i want to turn it into something unique....can you guys suggest

First thing to do is realized how much you can spend . If you have that figure already then get the services of the WEDDING PLANNER / COORDINATOR . From there , they will work out whats best for your budget . If you dont have one yet , PM me so I can refer my PLANNER .

@viange : a wedding coordinator is recommended (it will makes you relax and feel confident about ur wedding), but if you have ample time you can inquire and collect and select vendors that fits ur budget
1) Know the exact wedding date
2) know ur budget (make sure na naa mo allowance 20%-30% sa total budget kay daghan biya mga unforeseen expenses, but if nindot inyo planning at least ma lessen ang extra expenses)
3) Make reservations (church and reception)
4) Get a wedding coordinator (that will assist you sa church and reception ) , 1 week coordination is cheaper than the whole wedding coordination
