For me the best is Dr. Verallo of Chong Hua Medical Arts!
Why? Coz he was the only one who was able to cure my skin problem.
Before, I was under the care of a veteran in the field of dermatology (actually she's from Cebu Doctors) but to no avail...ni samot nuon.

verallo sa inyung mata, kung tan aw nia datu mu daghn siyag makwarta nmu padugayon pero naai epek....
ang secretaries tnan taw sa ila opisina dli kabalo mu treat sa patiente... nya katong usa sad ba, ngano dli man nindot ang panit nga siya may tig timpla(repak or unsa) sa tambal... ai ko ingna dli siya hatagan ni doc.hehe
