im not saying he is. i have no proof. i'll look for answers.

but consider this.

during his tenure as congressman, he was always absent. he wasn't there. there are records to prove it.its a fact already.

so who is running his office? his secretary or maybe his advisers. i doubt he can oversee all the transactions done by them. and i mean all of it.

probably sarangani people would know. let us total his PDAF since he became a lawmaker. he makes around 70 million per annum. subtract it to his projects in saranggani. then you have your answer.

plus pacquiao was never a sarangani resident in the first place. it was his wife jinky who is from sarangani. he was never a resident of sarangani, he was from gensan for the longest time. he could not win in the election for congress in his hometown so he switched residency in sarangani so that he can run there.

if he really wants to help people, would it really be necessary for him to change residency just so he could run for a congressman?

Sakto besides if he really wanted to help, there's no need to enter into politics. He can do so much because he's got the money, bisan lang ug building a shelter for the homeless. Bill Gates has done so much without entering politics.

Its very money wasting, idea wasting to have a senator such as manny. He may be good in boxing and that s all. It doesn't mean he is good in senate, congress or even in mayoral position. This guy just made use of his popularity to get everything he wants.. Been in basketball even though we know that he is never even half good as a barangay player. Billiard, he is not evem 0.1% better than bata reyes....As Miriam said, we need intelligent and a person with morality which pcquiao has none on both...
