The soundtrack for Bakumatsu Kikansetsu Irohanihoheto sounds really great. It might be the best soundtrack released for the year 2007. It fits the series well and easily surpasses the quality of the series itself (which was flawed but still good). It's a mix of traditional Japanese music (akin to Samurai X, Samurai champloo and other samurai anime) with some techno beats. The Opening Song will already give you an idea of the overall feel of the soundtrack.
