Should newbies be disallowed to post under buy/sell and pm access?

i think the ranking according to no. of post is ok, at least naay effort sa part sa ato ma newbie to know and explore istorya more, in that way maka-ingon ta gihaguan jud nato ato membership, thus we should be responsible enough sa ato mga actions(post n' tuff) inside istorya.

pahabol diay, about those items 4 sale, if nahalin na ang item., maayo unta ma close dayun sa mga post aron maka save sad tym searching through post...suggestion sa mga mo post, they let moderators or admins know nga sold na ang item then i close ang post, else, give degrees of warnings till ma kick out o unsa bah, kng dili jud ma close.kay hassle jud cge open only to find out sold na diay ang item.....tnx.

simply put, istorya.net is primarily an online community not an advertising nor a classified ads site. this is the main reason why you have to work your way up the ranks before you can create a thread at BSTC.

as you see i am a newbie myself..

i am currently finding some direct sellers of SE w810i and i heard about istorya.net through my friends
so i stepped in hoping to find some sellers..

i did find a seller.. but i cant either reply...
i cant either post a thread.. i was trying to figure out what was wrong...

please.. for gods sake.. if you would take newbies posting rights you should
inform them, like a red banner up saying "you cant post unless your not a newbie.. ahahaha
if i knew that i should have just PM'd the seller and not wasting my time finding how to post a reply or a thread..

if i didnt see this thread.. for sure i would be back tomorrow or the next day hoping that it was just a maintanance..
