    Almost a week na I've been missing my gym time since I have this bad flu since Monday.
    No diet for now but with all the meds I've been taking, I lost my appetite since day one lols.
    I've been drinking 5 L of water daily and it helped a lot, cleansing wise.

    Do you have a good recommendation for vitamins which has A,C,E and Zinc? I don't drink

    ko niborot from 119 lbs, I ballooned to 140 lbs k cge kaon lols.

    hello guys! musta naman mo!? decided last week to concentrate on doing muscle gain now. was too bothered on my man boob katong pag sinulog. hehehe gotta gain more strength and muscle. really dont care if i look stocky now just want to get rid of the annoying moob. i notice one big problem with lifting.... why am i craving so much? this doesnt happen when doing cardio. or should i say the cravings are not as powerful as what i only do cardio.... my head screams carbs. rice. french fries. whole wheat bread sa millers. beer beer beer. bibingka with dinuguan. empanada. spaghetti. pizza.... mabuang ko sa cravings karon.... i have to leave my wallet at my parents house para nalang d ko maka order. nag eye to eye mi karon sa bugkos sa saging....

    As for cravings, I have those moments too but what's different now,
    I already can control it unlike before that I indulge the moment I am
    craving for something yummy.

    My sister has failed a lot of times of trying to lure me back to my old
    self that before we go home, we would drive through and order some
    fast food but I always end up ordering nothing lols... Ma-frustrate gud
    ako sis. It's not that I'm depriving myself even on a weekend but I have
    come to appreciate more healthy food now. If I do crave, I simply say
    it out loud then forget about it then sleep on it. Mawala ra man pod hehe.

    Just wanna share lang to the group, call it vain but I've never done this
    in my whole life hehehe..

    This year, I'll be wearing a dress for my birthday get-together this week!
    No more sloppy and unflattering ensemble which I used to wear on my
    birthday dinners hehehe... I'm happy and excited to be looking like a "lady"
    na on my special day weeeee Mao na to, naulaw na ko hahaha! *blushies*

    i think supposedly di man daw pwede madungan ang cardio ug strengthening pero study shows nga maka gain ka muscle while doing cardio.... need baya daw 3500 cal para maka gain 1lb muscle nya need less than 2500cal para mo lose 1lb fats hehe conflict.. mao siguru nag crave imu body ug food para ka grow ang muscles, pero ambut lang kaha mao rasad na ako nabal an lol gud pm all agi agi
