Cebu Most Livable City in Asia by 2015???

yeah! yeah! cebu will be livable in 2015 if ur a freakin chinese or a freakin auslander(foreigner).

Not necessarily , color and race has nothign to do with who can only enjoy living in Cebu . Just because you are poor , Cebu is not liveable anymore .

But its not livable for the middle class and the poor.

And what are the reasons behind it ? MONEY ? A place to be liveable has a lot of factors to deal with wether u are rich or poor or anything in between in it .

Anywhere else in the world na below sea level is prone to flood gyud and not only Cebu . Why did those wealthy people decided to live in elevated areas ie Maria Luisa , Beverly Hills , North Town etc ? Why did those middle class families decided to live in urban elevated areas like in Pardo , Minglanilla , Naga , Banawa , Guadalupe , Talamban etc ?
