    bro regular gyud unta ka mo exercise then make it a habit na para makonsencya ka kada excess sa imo meal. Like me bro share lang ko ha after i gave birth sako 3rd baby CS pa gyud ko. Imagine after 6 mos. ni buy ko treadmill 5 times a week koha before 168 lbs ko that was 2006. Till present 118 nalang ko bro gi habit naman gyud nako nga mag exercise and then gipun an pa gyud nako og Sauna but na gud thing is wala ko mag diet honestly kay i burn out man gyud nako bisan gud 15 mins. at first until maka agwanta naka og dugay dagan then after 2 weeks mo take naka fat burner para help burn sa mga fats...heheh i hope i could help bro

    #2 is control

    and diet does not mean starving yourself
    diet = eating well 3x a day (dapat healthy pud and less on fats and calories)
    pwede pud mag gym or daily exercise every morning like jogging or brisk walking

    s*x daily ( its a good excercise plus good for your stamina LoL ), dont skip meal, eat half of what you ussually take for a meal ( both breakfast & lunch ) and a protien shake instead of a full dinner..
    no heavy carbs 2 hours prior to your sleeping time..

    AND.......IF YOURE THINKING OF SODA, GO FOR THE ONES WITH NO CAL, SODIUM, CARB & etc..

    warm or room temperature liquids too would be great..
