Sometimes we do mean it when we say NO, but why is it that many men still think that we mean YES?

Because sometimes, for girls, a NO is not really a NO. Lisod sabton. And sometimes, girls doesn't even really mean what they say.

frankly why we don't believe them?? because mostly they're fickleminded and mostly they change their ideas and/or decisions as often as they change their clothes.. (we'll not most maybe) but that is what I observe... they just don't have the gut decision to be firm on their stand, and mostly would need other opinions before they can make up their own..(again its not applied to all women/girls in general)
