Right now, kaning matrix na pud. It's not necessary to balance everything out. As long as your right and left legs are active, you will earn maski di pa balanced. Products? Most of the products are locally made and sorry to tell you guys, low quality gyud kasagaran. Ang compensation plan gyud ang ibaligya sa mga networker because nindot kaayo, too good to be true kaayo. Products? It's just a front aron ingnon naay products.

2.) Some or most networking companies take advantage of the ignorance of the people. Since kasagaran sa mga Pinoy gusto madatu dayon or quick money, networking companies take advantage of this weakness. They will show you a computation that your income will compound monthly as long as consistent lang ka in recruiting two people. Mathematics don't lie and there is really some truth sa ilang gisulti however, mathematics doesn't include the hard work needed in order to achieve millions after a year. Unsaon man na nimo ang compensation plan kung walay mojoin nimo?

3.) Doing business based on excitement or emotional height. If you're a real business man, you'll use your head. Though tinuod na nga makatabang ang excitement sa pagrecruit sa tao, its not a guarantee. Take note, emotions die down and sooner or later, once makaexperience na na ug kalisod ang mga downlines, madiscourage na and will quit. Worse, they will bad mouth you for giving false hopes. So unsa dapat buhaton? Do it professionally. Dili kay puro lang "join na kay nindot kaayo ni" or "join na kay pioneering mi". Funny thing, almost every month naay pioneering company nga mogawas.

4.) Talking about professionalism, daghan kaayo tao ang walay business etiquette. Friendships were destroyed because of this. Magkita kuno kay maglaag then naa diay ang upline kuyog. Magkita kuno sa Jollibee pero sa tapad diay to. Naa kunoy ipaila ila nga chicks pero upline ra diay to. People are allergic to networking tungod sa mga binuang nga companies sa una. Worse, if you do business that way, samot kaallergic imong prospect. Mamakak na lang gani ang uban para lang makaimpress. I have heard a lot of ridiculous stories about desperate networkers trying to impress their prospects.
as the way i read your post, you are not against the network marketing system? db? lagot lang ka sa gi unsa sa mga tao og dala ang system? hmmm... wa mn pd siguro nimo na tagsa2X ang company pd siguro para maka ingon ta na ang tanan jud db? you can check the DSAP,,, if the network marketing company is not a member of DSAP, never mind on giving it time... then,,, when you are a member na,,, you don't have to follow your uplines.... it is your own money.... i believe i am a businessman, i also have some small traditional businesses,,,,, i am very open to opportunities.... di ko magpa dala sa hype, e analyze lang gud tarong gud if sustainable ba ang business and if it will work for you ba.... considering the small investments compared to the potential income... but i am not looking on the millions,, i am just concerned about the ROI..... i look into the products, and the company and compensation.... it must be balanced jud.... we must evaluate it independently jud..... analyze independently.... i am just 2 months in this industry pa lang,,, i am just learning everything pa lang jud.... i am doing the business my own way.... i am researching of many ethical or professional ways of doing the business,, iv read books about Josiah Go, etc2X.. and research the internet, objectively..... i have come across to this very wonderful site this week pa lang: Archives | Network Marketing Pro | Free MLM Training - i am watching it everyday... it is about how to do network marketing the better way...

I am against referral feees. di kasi sustainable ang business if ganyan... nagiging recruitment scam yan... dapat ang lahat ng pera galing sa product sales... di dapat din sinasama ang products or packages sa entry.... kasi natatago ang tunay na value ng products.... at parang nagiging bonus nlng ang products, at ung networking system talaga ang tunay na binebenta.... dapat tatandaan talaga natin na ang Business is Health & Wellness, Fashion & Lifestyles, etc2X.... selling of products ng mga yan... ang nangyayari kasi ay ang network marketing ang nagiging business.... many people saw the potential of the system so they look for a product to distribute,,,, instead of seeing a product... then, and as a business strategy, thats where the system should come in... not the other way around....

First, yes, you are right, I'm not against the networking or MLM concept but what I'm against are these two things: [1] Unethical, unprofessional, and disrespectful approach of how some (maybe most) members do their business, and [2] on how some people abuse, misuse, and take advantage the concept of networking to the point of tarnishing it.

Second, yes, wala nako natagsa tagsa ug paminaw tanan presentations but I've heard quite a handful. I don't need DSAP to make me draw a conclusion. Para nako, if any peso or centavo is earned through merely recruiting, klaro na kaayo nga di modugay ang company. I heard FLP, Amway, and DXN's compensation plans as well as FQ's, IGen's, Legacy's, UNO's, VMobile's, and some small ones. FQ, IGen, Legacy, UNO, VMobile, etc. have basically the same compensation plans so I know for certain kung asa ni padung.

Though I'm not against networking per se, I'm also not interested because of the fact that tarnished na kaayo ang image sa networking, it's a very steep uphill climb. Maski unsa pa kanindot ang concept, products, etc. because of the fact nga hugaw kaayo ang paglantaw sa mga tao about networking, I'd rather stay away.

Network Marketing is a 60 year-old industry that does about $100 billion annually in 125 different countries. It’s an exploding industry with an estimated 50,000 new distributors entering the industry every week. The corporate downsizing, mergers and forced early retirement is taking a toll on the average (and even above average) worker. The home based business boom is skyrocketing! CNN reported that a new home based business is started every 11 seconds here in the United States alone. It is also possible that the baby boom generation (all 76 million of us) will break the Social Security system. Company retirement programs and 401k programs are not as safe as they used to be, and people are concerned.

Many economic experts are predicting that network marketing will be the franchising of the 21st century. Franchising currently does over $700 billion a year! In the 1950's many people said that franchising was a scam or scheme. Today, people pay as much as $1 million upfront fees just for the rights to a premier franchise. Yet, the potential income from a single premier franchise is MUCH LOWER than a premier network marketing business.

Since the inception of the Network Marketing industry in the 1950’s there has been six recessions in the United States of varying degrees. With each recession the Network Marketing industry has experienced significant growth. Currently our economy is just coming out of an official recessional period. Though the economy has faltering in recent years, the indicators are starting to show that the Network Marketing industry is beginning a growth trend here in the United States. Many Network Marketing companies, large and small, have experienced record growth in overall sales and sponsoring in the last quarter of 2011. With the start of the New Year many of those same companies are seeing even greater growth from month to month.

    Look at these statistics;

14 Million people working from home full-time.
Another 23 million working from home part-time.
Increasing by over 600,000 people per year.
Average work from home income $59,250 per year.
84% recommend working from home to others.
29% work at home with other family members.
20% of home based entrepreneurs said that their business grossed between $100,000 and $500,000 last year.

There are many statistics that show that MLM is still one of the best business methods to go with.

56 million people have their own MLM business in over 100 countries around the world.
13.6 million of these business people are based in the United States alone.
The earnings of all the MLM businesses around the world have achieved over $100 billion in sales last year.
80% (more or less) of the total MLM representatives are females.
The whole industry has grown over 90% in the last ten year, making it one of the fastest growing industries around.

There are so many reasons why people would want to have their own Network Marketing business instead of working for someone else. These stats prove that many people would still want to go with Network Marketing businesses. Most people are tired of working for long hours and get a low pay. They also do not have the time to stay with their families. Network Marketing makes it easy for the people to manage their own time and work whenever they want.

So you can see for yourself, the following are the current Network Marketing statistics that are going on around you (Direct Selling Association & U.S. Census statistics):

-Someone starts a new home business every 10 seconds (U.S.).

-15.8 Million people working from home full-time (U.S.).

-Another 38 million or 12% of the total population working from home part-time (U.S.).

-8,493 new home businesses open every day (U.S.).

-Increasing by over 600,000 people per year (U.S.).

-82% of distributors are female and 18% are male (U.S.).

-By 2015, it is estimated that 50% of homes will be involved in the MLM Industry (U.S.).

-$28.56 billion in Direct Sales (Network Marketing) in 2010 (U.S.).

-23% of all Network Marketing sales are related to the Wellness Industry (U.S.).

-Average work from home income $59,250 per year (U.S.).

-20% of home based entrepreneurs said that their business grossed between $100,000 and $500,000 last year (U.S.).

-Home based business wage earner’s success rate is over 85% compared with small businesses like retail shops and restaurants, at about 95% failure rate after 5 years.

-84% recommend working from home to others (U.S.).

-29% work at home with other family members (U.S.).

If you thought the United States Network Marketing statistics were good, the World-wide MLM statistics are even more explosive!

I totally agree with you. Network Marketing should be on products/sales and not on recruiting. Kaso, it's the other way around that keeps on happening. Ang nahitabo, if tan-awon nimo ang mga "system" sa MLM companies, magkaparehas na halos tanan aside from the fees ug minor adjustments or sugar-coating add-ons... they focus on the recruiting side mao bitaw nga if pangutan-on nimo kung unsa benefits sa ilahang products ang mga bag-ong nailad, aw, bag-o nangapil diay, walay juy alamag... Ingnon lang dayon ka nga mag meeting lang ta sa McDo or Jobee or sa office nalang namo para ma explainan ka ug maayo... pagka TOINKS............ tsk tsk tsk.....

I do not think it is a VERY steep uphill climb. The industry is booming. We are in the information age. More companies are now opening on innovation on distribution - network marketing provides a very efficient and effective system. More consumers are now basing their decisions on recommendations from friends they trust. Robert Kiyosaki highly recommends network marketing. A lot of people do. Donald Trump, Bill Gates, etc2X. Some schools are now teaching network marketing. University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Houston in the United States. The Asian Institute of Management in Asia. In the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila University offered a network marketing as a full semester 3-unit course. DSAP is only there to assist, to provide facts and unbiased informations on those companies, I am not saying that you need DSAP to draw your conclusions.
