i think filipino martial arts is one of the most practical and effective. ang problema we are so caught up with the western world, dili ta mo patronize sa ato kaugalingon when in fact the west is spending a lot of money coming over just to learning our craft. until we learn to appreciate our own, we will never move forward. puros ra jud ta sundog sundog ani.
