i doubt it would be a bridge as what ive heard from the inside (sitoys), it was proposed as a tunnel... not really sure kung unsa jud klaro kay ang lain kampo bridge man ang i sulti... it was supposed to be SRP to Day-as cordova via Shell Island.. anyways ako support ko ani kay dali nalang pag-adto sa cebu kay mas duol man mi sa cordova kay sa mandaue...

our government here in cebu is ONE of the best in the Philippines kay bisag nag.kamang ang pilipinas sa ka-pobre, ang CEBU, wala nikamang ug apil. Gov. gwen is doing her best to attract tourist from sister provinces of other countries while mayor rama's beautification is intended to please the tourists while they are here in cebu.

but we need to see improvements too on how they conduct civil works, how accurate they are on the deadlines, and on what would be the quality of the infrastructure.

we've seen many efforts but we see lil' quality on them, either from the inefficiency of the hired contractors or the under-funded project commissioned by the city.
