^maau pa mo. ako wala na ko ka join ug fun runs. kay nag back pain (muscular) ko for 2 weeks.
wa pud ko ka join sa sinulog marathon kay nag flu ko. ka walay swerte.

my brother, who is not an istoryan but who loves to run like u guys, was able to join the 2 races that i've mentioned.
last sunday his time was 56 minutes. kun nakaapil pa lang ko ai.

anyway, i have recovered already and i'm planning to start running na pud. i'll probably need start from scratch. kapuyan na ko mag start. sige lang ko ug kaon atong na injured ko. nidako na ako tiyan.

if inkodell was 00:59:53, 760mmHg was 1.00.53, mine was 00:59:22.
Now that we've registered our time, let's award ourselves.

good luck sir tagatisa, i know you can gain back your old form...hinay hinay lang...before you know it you have completely recovered... :mrgreen:

if that's your registered time bro, then you must be the guy in front of me that i was trying to outrun on the last stretch towards the finish line but you've change to a fast pace also that's why wala na ko kagukod nimo ... hehehe ... :mrgreen:
