I saw this video of a OBESE guy in youtube who made himself look Lean and Muscular after 4 Rounds of p90x.. That's 90x4 = 370 days? and thats for an obese guy. I'm pretty sure you're not obese.. Or are you?
dili kapanghambog bro ha but i've been an obese guy for about 10 years if im not mistaken. i did get my exact weight based on BMI in just 2 months. what did i do? super strict diet as in fruits ra jud kinaon nako(mostly) and basketball 3 times a week. what inspired me is during pacquiao and delahoya's fight wherein I saw how rigid manny's workout and strict diet. i've observed that they usually prepare themselves 2 months before the fight and they're very good in catching up the required weight during weigh time.
Sayon ra bitaw pagpagamay kung kagsercise lang gmay. Ako mobasket man pud ko. Pero kung gusto jud ka cuts inya naay 6pack abs kinahnglan jud hard exercise, dedication, lots of blood and sweat. Mao ni akong experience.
I'm lean but my tummy's kinda big. I eat a lot but the mass of what I eat seems to just go to my tummy, adding up to its size. any idea how to manage this? Thanks!
