I really like to quote this one. Agree ko ani. Why? Because in my opinion, it's the best thing to do. Let's face the fact that no company is perfect. Mapa-NCR man na, Lexmark, or even infoweapons. True: They're not specific enough with job offers. Tama tung reply dati with this thread. They post job offers for a development position, but once you're there, you'll end up being a tester. And you can't say no if you're desperate for a job. And once you're inside, you can't immediately ask for a transfer, maghuwat pa ug soooooo much time.

Not true: Not all TLs are, what's your term, "kiss a$$" Naa ko duha nakaila. hehehe...But the other one's not in NCR anymore, and the other one is still doing great, and is "loved" (??) by the team....hehhe :mrgreen:

Points to ponder:

1.) Can you quote the line in which I/we posted "All TL's are Kiss A$$"? =) When we say TL's does that means All?
2.) Bro, I know better than you do about NCR (even the real Narinder Singh can prove that), so please stop bashing around.
3.) For some group when you ended up being a tester you'll be a tester all along "its hopeless to wait for you to become a developer", but on development groups for example RealScan Eng'g it's exactly different.

Your promoting someone who is incompetent as a TL how much more as a manager, and I don't know how many leadership training does this guys have, all I know this aint good news for your engineers! In my view Rey or Analyn is more competent to manage that group than RYAN "BIG TWEETY BIRD"... its trully a waste...
