Mahal mahal lang.....use kalamansi to clean ur kitchen, para sa grase, use bareta and para sa gahi gyud use muriatic acid...dilute lang mapaso nya ka!
Actually food safety and sanitation depends on the kitchen staff gyud, kung tapulan ang kitchen manager....daghan waste, daghan bacteria. It is very expensive to maintain a good and clean kitchen,

In the Phils. wala may gasunod sa standards.....like the danger zone, the cleaning of utensils and
heating, the health issues of the kitchen staff.
