say 1million ako budget brad. makadesign mo nga paigo igo ana nga budget say 2 storey nga balay (6mx8m house dimension, 88 sq m 2ndfloor plus groundfloor), inato-ato ra gud. rough livable, pwede puy-an na, wala pay pintal n etc. nya hinay hinayan nako ug pa trabaho kung maka kwarta ko.
