but for the mean time, we need to be educated with regards to traffic rules, and also ieducate sad ang mga traffic enforcers and towing companies with the same rules... and inig implement, no compromises jud, on our side as pedestrians and vehicle owners, and on their side as law implementers.

if we need to change, start from the ground up... bahalag mag-overhaul, padak-an ato mga dalan for our city to be conducive and ready for progress, provide proper parking spaces required, learn, relearn, study, know by heart and practice sa mga balaud, and tulon sa atong pride, basta we are setting ourselves up to make way for growth.... IMHO

diri sa lahug area duol sa parklane hapit ko gitow. i was parked in apitong street. there were no NO PARKING signs. it was 11pm. Eh nganong magsuroy-suroy man sila diha mangita ug ma-tow? morag maka block ug traffic? and it was a tuesday night!
