bro naa ka daan mga market sa karon? i think feasible bya ng ana bro kugi lang tag pangita sa customer gyud sa kadaghan sa kompetencya gani. my idea ka bro more or less pila investment kinanlan? including the space i-rent and renovate?

karon kaha bro 6yrs after mga pila na tingay kinanlan nato nga investment? and base on your computations kanus-a ta mag roi ani bro? kinsa imong targeted market and asa imong plan i-set up? parkmall 168? or have anything in mind?
