nice neighborhood, gated house, own entrance, near Caltex station, near Litang's, just about 100 mts from Hi-way so no vehicle-noise. One jeepney ride to most primary routes, schools, offices, malls, other establishments.
2 rides to IT PARK..BUT jeepney ride or taxi is not an issue here as there are a lot of taxi's jeepneys plying at all times...
5 people here work in IT PARK and is not bothered by the distance...

nindut jud dri i can attest to that been here for 4-5yrs i think since college pah.... naa pjud times na bday sa ako bf glutoan jud ni ate edith the owner didto pami sa ila rooftop ngaon....wahahahhaha...enjoy au kato na time... weeehhh......
