If sometimes you are nice, sometimes you are not, it will only make the behavior more difficult to extinguish(increase the persistence).

Bitaw, tell him straight. Make it known to him that the most you could give is friendship.
Just make sure to be sensitive pud of his feelings. So as much as possible, tell it to him in a decent, calm manner.

mao cguro the guy is so samok jas becoz u kinda like him wen u 1st met him...den all of a sudden u dont like him anymore in other words "na turn-off" ka, den the guy cod not akcep your final decision kay gipa-asa nimo xa, so mao nah.

I always have this problem popping up from time to time. Makapungot kaayo ning mga persistent suitors or admirers that dont seem to get it nga you are not interested. Samot ko ka turn off. Specially when all you want to be is friends and you try to be polite and they never get the message that you are just simply not interested. Friends okay. Anything more than that, its not okay with me.
