it has to be USC mga idol uy.
i think na una pa ang USC sa DLS-College of St. Benilde to have a double program for hrm sa pinas.
USC has a partnership with the most prestigious hrm school in australia while benilde is from france i think.

Well, you'll get certificate from both schools that would testify that you have passed BOTH FILIPINO AND AUSTRALIAN STANDARDS. Fail in either of those and you have to get out of the department.
THats what makes it a lot expensive.

AQF(Australian Qualifications Framework) is taken every sem. Pay kag 8500 for the exam.

They really have a good curriculumn right now because they have a touch at the globe. Global na usc-hrm

and every student has to learn FRENCH or GERMAN. also very expensive..

i think mga 70k+ ang gasto nako pag 1st sem sa HRM USC.
i mean, its not the money you spend that makes it the best.
Its the way the faculty/school uses this money to hone you into something worth of global competence.

Default Josenian HM Students Dominate In "C.G.C" 2008 Competition

Selected Hospitality Management students added a feather to their cap after the wining the day in the “Cebu Goes Culinary” 2008 competition organized by the Hotel, Resort, and Restaurant Association of Cebu (HRRAC) held on July 11-12, 2008 at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino in Lahug, Cebu City.

This biennial-traditional is the grandest culinary event in Cebu where various schools gather and compete with their different culinary skills and expertise.

Winning gold were Honey Lee and Jansen Tan for Dress the Cake; Chuckie Aying, Marvin Pulvera and Michelle Molo for 3 Tier Wedding Cake; Charles Alipio for Cocktail Mixing; and Mary Joyce Atuel, Kevin de los Reyes and Marvin Rubillos for Table Setting. Bryan Bejoc, Dave Darryl Gelaga, Dwight del Rosario and Alvin Estorba won a silver medal for Creative Cakes; and Joebert Cuesta for Cocktail Mixing. Louie Alcomendras, Mike John Caņete and Katrin Yee were bronze medalists for the Dream Team Challenge; Philip Eleazen and Dario Sandoval for Cocktail Mixing. Professors Steven Sasam, Grace Lacson, Deborrah Gandiongko, Roland Getaruelas and Elinor Tapere served as the respective coaches of the student-competitors.

In the history of “Cebu Goes Culinary”, this is the first time that one team reaped four gold medals, the most number of gold medals ever won so far making USJ-R the over-all winner.
All the prestigious schools in Cebu offering Hospitality Management program especially on culinary arts participated in the said event.

I think HRM is not only culinary and management.. it includes 5 + 1 skills.. Culinary (Commercial Cooking), Housekeeping, Front Office Management, Bartending, F&B (Food and Beverage) and Barista. You can have the opportunity to work either on land base and seabase. local and abroad.
The opportunities to work in Hotel, Resorts and Cruise Ship.. it is really a great course to choose because of a lot of opportunities to choose from.
