Is it true that it is hard to find job if you have failing grades?

Hi i am just curious because i recently failed a subject, i am thinking that when you fail a subject i think it is hard for me to find a job..

depende sa position & sa mu-hire..but mostly di nman kaayu na mu-mater..ang importante makita nila na profesional ka & intresado jud ka sa position...

actually i am tasked to interview and hire people from different site sa ako department but guess what, dili man mo matter ang failing grades nako... it is during the interview...

mas dali ra nuon makakita ug work ang mga average level ra nga mga graduates.. like in our office naa koy mga ka-batch nangaplay ug work mga Deans Lister to sauna ug mga dagko ug grades, pero malas kay wala pangdawata...hahahaha.... ang gidawat kay kadtong mga ka-batch nko nga same ra nako ug level.... mga average level.....

hadlok ang ubang company modawat ug mga Cum Laudes kay mamili ug sweldo unya mura kno ug mga BIRD(langgam) bisan asa mangitlog, I mean dili makontento sige balhin-balhin ug trabaho madugay wala nay trabaho....

Mas bentaha gyod if wa kay hagbong... Unless you've done exceptionally well in something (i.e. nakadesign kag robot nga automatic magseparate sa madunot ug dili madunot ). Naa koy classmate sa masteral ron, hastang brayta pag-undergrad nya, palahubog lang, mao nagkahagbong2x, wa dawata sa usa ka skul kay daghan lagi kuno hagbong.

ako naa baya ko hagbung..2 pa jud ka majors.. waaaaaaahhh.. pero karon pa hinuon ko kasuway hagbung 2nd year, 2nd sem... pero kahibaw nako sa akng e defend if maka graduate nako puhon and if mo apply nako trabaho.. naa nakoy lista diri para e defend why na hagbung ko.. ehehe...

bro deli jud ko motuo ana naa ka failing grades den inig apply nimo kay deli ka swataon hinoon dako og posiblities but the question is why man daghan na succesfull nga maski bugo... like me why naka work ko its bec sa akong self confidence og guts to get a job not with my failing grades... remeber no one can stop from performing.........

in a way, yes..
particularly if naa kay ka.competenxa sa position..
but i dont think that is the sole criterion for you to be accepted..
d raman cguro jud kau na mu.matter..
except cguro if ang position na imu gi.applyan kay para ma.teacher sa subject na imu once gikahagbongan.. ehehehehe..
