maybe it's easy for them to comply those requirements. maybe they can get the required land area (am not sure) but the question: ngano wala man ni nila gi-propose before? nganong karon pa man nga last term na nila sa congress? because naa cla personal interest. kuyawan cla ug asa cla molansar. wa na man cla kadaganan mao magtukod na cla bag-o nga province.

i also remember that the person who first wanted to make her own province out of her district is rep. martinez.. there were plans before to make bogo a city.. pero since the requirements for that was changed, naglesud dila ug pagpasiudad sa bogo.. when she found out nga mas sayon maghemu ug probinsya and there have a chnce for that, then nakigsabot siya ug lain mga congresista to make also their own provinces out of the districts they represent.. mao na ni ron ang sugbuak..

dili sad na for personal interest lang oi for sure nag careful sad sila anang pag someter. And why karon pa? Kay karon ma na meet ang requirements nga kinahanglan like the population and income. Kung ang usa ka baranagay mo income level sa city or province alangan magpabilin cya nga barangay gihapon. tan awa ni nga data unsa ka dako ang 2nd district:
