Bordz1, mura'g problema jud na pero naa ta solution ana, pero depende pud sa imong location. My advice may not be possible sa uban nga municipalities kay lain-lain man gud ug patakaran kada municipality.Originally Posted by bordz1
Before anything else, kinahanglan makahibaw ka ngano dili mosugot imong lessor. Possible reasons are the following:
1. Imong lessor dili ganahan nga mobayad ug tax sa withholding. If that's the case, advise nako kay ikaw nalang shoulder sa withholding tax. For example imong abangan kay P1,000. Kun ikaw ang mo-shoulder sa withholding tax, total rent expense nimo kay P1,050. That's including sa 5% withholding tax sa rental.
2. Imong lessor kay wala'y permit or dili registered sa BIR. My advise kay, execute nalang mo ug certificate of no rental, mosugot ra ang cityhall ana, much more ang BIR. Pero some municipalities kay mangayo ug Building Permit or Tax Declaration, secure nalang daan.
