    hmm..nursing undergrad ko, then i tried my luck sa call center, niya luckily nakasulod..
    bisan layo ra kaayo ni nga career sa akong field of studies the pay is good so yeko ar...
    bahala makabuang, basta i compensate lang ka ug tarong..

    gitawagan ra ko sa frend ko na tl sa ual ttc. pagpunta ko cebu ttc, way xm, intervw lang with a manager frm manila. i did well, job offer agad aftr that. business course grad me, related din ng konti. mdyo ok kc malaki sal pandagdag sa allowance na na.rreceive ko from my parents. but in the long run, di maganda effect sa katawan. but il stil wrk sa calcenter kc wla man ibang choice.
    para sa mga noob pa sa industry na to, follow this guidelines b4 u sign:
    a. HMO coverage - most important aside from salary
    b. 11k++ salary
    c. well defined benefits
    baka mag.kaiba tau sa letter b but for me ok na yan bzta extensive benefits and hmo.

    Pila diay sueldo sa mga call center agents? Ako internet dri AT&T DSL, nabalitaan nko ang call center nila nasa Cebu... nag complain ko ngano cge ko ka-D/C ako DSL.. ako naka sturya wala juy nahibaw-an bahin sa problema! cge ra ingon i-restart ang modem!

    pareha ra sa kasagaran ako rason nag cc ko.. i.t. man ko daan sa bank before anya murag laay huna-hunaon nga mura rako ga tech support sa bank anya half ra ang sweldo compared sa cc..

    try try lng to akoa pangapply.. nahibong lang ko kay wa ko gibutang og tech support b4.. cs pa jud.. anya tungod lagi kay biggest cc pwerteng daghan metrics.. hastang lisura at first pero nakalahutay man pud 2yrs..

    karon i'm back sa ako comfort level na tech support and happy au ko sa akong cc.. di mabayran ang kanindot sa environment.. happy naka sa work.. happy pak sa pay so lisod na gyud ibiya sa cc industry gawas nlng kung mo abroad na.

    and i knew i was headed to becoming a robot or oOops!.

    pfft.
    guess the question for me is,
    why did I ever chose this job in the first place?

    so stuck.
    or whatever.

    but yeah,pay's bigtime.

    I was able to learn about call center openings from our neighbor, and we talked about the benefits. Nindot ang mga benefits so I decided to apply sa call center. Ganahan mn sad ko nga makaexperience ko ug work sa call center. Nindot ang pay hehe.

    Undergrad pa ko sa commerce. What I could say is enjoy jud ang work sa call center, but you need patience. Most people think nga sayon ra ang trabaho. Lisod pud baya huh. Yawyaw sa mga amerikano etc.
